#1 - Website Domain (URL):
The first step is to secure your web address, also referred to as your URL. This is the ".com, .net, .info" address you type into an internet browser. There are dozens of places online to obtain and register your business URL name, like GoDaddy, NameCheap, BlueHost, HostGator, Wix, etc.

#2 - Secure your URL:
An often overlooked step, is securing your URL with a SSL Certificate (Secure Sockets Layer). This creates an encrypted link between a web server and a web browser, making it private and secure. This encryption protects sensitive information like passwords, credit card details, and personal data from being intercepted by unauthorized parties.

#3 - Website Hosting:
After you acquire your website name URL, you will need to have your website "hosted". This is the process to upload your webpage(s) to the internet. for anyone to see.

#4 - Website Page Design:
After you have your Domain Name secured and Domain Hosting set up, it's time for website content, via website design. At the very least, you will need to have a "landing" page, which is a one-page website that gives potential customers an idea of what your business does.

#5 (optional) - Business eMail Address:
To make your eMail address look more Professional, you can get a Business eMail address.
