| What qualifies as a "enterened transaction"? Receipts, checks, invoices, payments, deposits, credit/debit card charges, and any line items on your bank statement. If you're just starting up your business, our Green Ribbon package is considered our "starter package", and should be the perfect fit for you. The Green Ribbon and Red Ribbon services are a Quickbooks desktop account, maintained by us. No other user access is available. The Blue Ribbon service is a Quickbooks online account, naintained by us. Additional users are available for $50 per month (each) and will be billed on your monthly invoice. If you are in the east Mesa or Apache Junction area, and would rather have our Personal Service, we can help you with that! Some of our clients prefer us to be in their office (or home). We charge $59/hour, with a 4-hour daily minimum. Most sole proprietorship's and small partnership business bookkeeping can be kept current by us working in your office, one day a week. (standard IRS mileage rate applies and will be billed on your monthly invoice) |
